As we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, no refunds will be issued for digital products once the order is confirmed and access to the product is provided.
Under consumer protection rights, you have the ability to make a claim if your digital download is faulty. In such cases, we are willing to provide a refund if a technical issue arises and we are unable to resolve it.
Technical issues are defined as the following:
• Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive a delivery confirmation due to issues with your email provider or mail server, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the matter.
• Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested prior to release, unexpected technical issues may occur. Such issues must be reported to our technical support team as soon as possible.
• Product not-as-described: If the product does not match its description on the product page, you must notify us within 14 days of the purchase date and provide clear evidence that the product is not as described. Complaints based solely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes will not be honored.

1. We offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee for our product, the Digital Nomad Guide. We assume that customers purchase the product with genuine interest and commitment. To process a refund, we must ensure that the customer has fully and thoroughly engaged with the provided materials and can demonstrate that the content did not achieve its intended purpose. Each request is reviewed individually by our team, and we reserve the right to approve or deny the refund request.
2. To claim the money-back guarantee, the customer must submit a clear request and meet the following conditions:
• Complete and transparent completion of all relevant forms: All forms and worksheets from the Digital Nomad Guide must be entirely and comprehensibly filled out.
• Proof of unmet objectives: The customer must provide a specific reason and evidence explaining why the guide’s content did not fulfill its intended purpose.
3. Based on the submitted evidence and documentation, our team will evaluate each case individually. There is no automatic entitlement to a refund.
